TRAINING
Certified Security Guards (CSG) Training & Trained Nepalese Guards (TNG) Training
Our local security personnel are required to attend the Certified Security Guards (CSG) training administered by the Kementerian Dalam Negeri (KDN), Polis Diraja Malaysia (PDRM) and Persatuan Perkhidmatan Kawalan Keselamatan Malaysia (PPKKM).
Our Nepalese security personnel are required to attend the Trained Nepalese Guards (TNG) training as required by the Kementerian Dalam Negeri (KDN), Polis Diraja Malaysia (PDRM) and Persatuan Perkhidmatan Kawalan Keselamatan Malaysia (PPKKM)
Both training is required under the National Blue Ocean Strategy (NBOS) initiated by our government. Purpose of training is to equip the security personnel with knowledge on Malaysian customs and cultures as well as to train them on customer relations skills, fire prevention and control, patrolling and observation skills and other basic security skills needed for them to effectively perform their duties as security personnel.
Firearm and Bodyguard Training
Our Armed Security Officers and Bodyguards undergoes special firearm training that is conducted by the Royal Malaysian Police on an annual basis. The training acts as a refresher on firearms handling and usage. Every personnel has to pass the test to allow them to renew their Carry & Use (C&U) license for the following year.
Our Bodyguards are also put under a second set of training that is conducted by an outsourced professional company specialized in bodyguard training. The bodyguards will undergo a full day training for a week where they are tested in the classroom and physically on the ground on principal protection and handling daily affairs. The module also covers defensive driving in dangerous situation that will allow them to safely remove the principal to a safe location.
Skills-specific Training
Depending on the nature of the client’s business and security hazards and risks at each site, we will provide skills specific training such as fire management, CPR, customer relations training and other training deemed suitable.
On the Job Training (OJT)
As part of our aim to ensure a custom and tailored security service to our clients, we are also actively engaging our security personnel in an on the job training that is tailored towards each client’s unique needs and environment. Our Operations team and site supervisor will be actively present during the start of each assignment to assess the client’s needs and to train our personnel to act accordingly. We also constantly conduct an assessment review on our security personnel to ensure that their knowledge and skills remain relevant.
